The Land is +/- 38 acres of rhododendron forest adjacent and directly accessible to (150yds) the Blue Ridge Parkway, only 5mi. from the town of Floyd. The Yurt has a kitchen with stove/oven and mini-frig. It also has a stacked washer-dryer.
Between the stone cabin and the Yurt, there is an Outdoor Kitchen. This is also constructed of matching limestone and hardwood beaming. Separate from the living spaces there are two separate sheds. A smaller older structure has an open drive-thru portion with roofed side area. This shed is used now primarily for firewood storage.

In its rear is a closed [rolling overhead doors] drive-thru for storage of motorized equipment and there is a single car garage facing the parking area. There is also a large [30’x20’] workshop/storage area. This space is connected for electrical and plumbing installment.
